The purpose of the EAIFO Southern
Chapter is to promote the welfare of the
American Intercollegiate game of football,
its players, coaches and officials. The
Chapter maintains the highest standards
of football officiating and encourages the
spirit of fair play and sportsmanship.

(June 19, 1928 - November 11, 2009)

On Wednesday, November 11, 2009, Joseph Louis Warren passed
away. He was
the beloved husband of the late Ruth Warren; father
of Paul Warren; grandfather of Jennifer and Joseph Warren. He is
also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives
and friends.

Mr. Warren, highly respected and very well known, was a longtime
fixture in the world of football officiating. An I
nternment with full
military honors w
as held in Mr. Warren's honor at Arlington National
Cemetery on Wednesday, December 23, 2009.
